Agribusiness is a term used to describe the sector that comprises of all economic activities that are related to farming, chemicals, breeding, crop production/farming, farm machinery, distribution, marketing, and sales.

What comes to the mind of majority of people when they hear the word “agriculture ” is that you must have a land, cutlass, hoe, and lots more and when it comes to livestock production most people also believe it’s a must you have animals to rear before you make money.

• You could be a Consultant: There are a lot of people in quest of knowledge on agriculture, there might be someone out there that doesn’t know that thing you know and feel its little and that is willing to pay for it, You can do this using just your smart phone and make money from it.

• Middle man: Being a middle man, You can earn placing advert for agricultural products on any of your social media handles, once you get a buyer you source for a reliable farmer, link them up and get commission from it.
• Selling of processed and packaged agricultural products either in the local markets or international markets. For example crayfish, chicken, snails, catfish or even vegetables. You can do this by buying the livestock at cheaper rates then process, package and market to eateries and hotels (local market) or through exportation (International market). You can buy vegetables like cucumbers, cabbage etc and sell in the urban areas.
